Dear Mike and Staff:
We are writing to say how much we enjoy our seven person hot tub. We purchased our tub in the spring of 200l. We have used the tub daily in all seasons over the past nine years. The winter dips are most refreshing!
We have had minimal maintenance problems and when we required a technician or information to correct a perceived problem, the company has been most prompt in assisting us. The helpful staff and products you provide make the care
of our tub a relatively easy matter.
Thanks to everyone at Sunset Bay Hot Tubs for providing a product which is a delight to use. Many interesting conversations have been held with family and friends in 'the tub'. We look forward to years of tub use and enjoyment.

I would like to comment and recommend Sunset Bay Hot Tubs Ltd. along with the owner Mr. Mike Patterson to any person looking for excellent service in the purchasing of a Hot Tub. I have dealt with Mr. Patterson for over 5 years and I have been treated with absolute professionalism, respect and courtesy.
In reference to warranty work the service was prompt and completed on time and recommendations for new products or services were always communicated.
The showroom of Sunset Bay Hot Tubs always displays the latest tubs available and the newest technologies are explained in detail. Product displacement was very pleasing to the eye and the chemical selection was complete and with lots of inventory
available.
I would like to thank Mike for all of his help and only wish that all companies treated their customers like Mike Patterson.

Heather and I purchased our Cub Elite hot tub on May 12, 2001. We were having back pain from a car accident that we were involved in and we were looking for some relief. We had heard that a hot tub was good for relaxing muscles. We tried it out and were glad that we treated ourselves to this new hot tub.
I remember when we went into Sunset Bay, after visiting other places that sold hot tubs and the friendly welcome we received from Mike and Joyce was refreshing.They wanted to ensure we purchased the right tub for our needs. I was prepared to purchase a big hot tube when Mike asked who would be using it mostly.
I told him it would be mainly Heather and I but we would be entertaining others. He talked me down from the one I was looking at and made sure we had the tub that would fit our needs.
It is hard to talk about the service because we have not had any major trouble with our tub. We make sure we look after it and change the water on a regular schedule, change the filter with every water change and make sure we clean the tub thoroughly when it is empty. We also make sure that we add the proper chemicals when needed.
Other than changing a few jets it has never given us any major problems. I remember calling in to the office with an error code of FLC. They new exactly what the problem was and the technician came out when it was around minus 40 to install the new part. Every time we go into the office to get a filter or chemicals everyone is cheerful and welcoming.
We continue to enjoy our hot tub very much! Keep on tubbing!!

Brent and I would like to provide each of you with a huge "thank-you" for making our latest purchase, our new HOT TUB, such a great experience!!! We have always been extremely pleased with the ongoing guidance and support we have received from the staff at Sunset Bay, since our first interaction in 2004 when we purchased our very first Hot Tub Spa! We have to admit, however, this last interaction absolutely sealed the deal for us!
